WOOF-FM/AM Summer Survival. 07/01/09 through 07/31/09
1) How to Participate: Register at any or all of the WOOF-FM/AM Summer Survival participating businesses.
2) How the winner is chosen: On Monday, August 3rd, 2009 at approximately 5:50pm, all eligible entries from this location will be combined
with all eligible entries from all other participating businesses and one name will be drawn. That person shall be declared the Grand Prize winner. 3) No purchase is necessary.
4) Only one entry per person, per location, per participating business is allowed.
5) Eligibility: Participants in this contest must be of age 18 years or older. Employees, owners or immediate family members of WOOF, Inc., and all “participating businesses” are not eligible to win. Winner agrees to hold harmless WOOF, Inc. and all participating businesses from and against any claim or cause of action arising out of participation or attempt to participate in the Promotion or receipt or use of any prize. By entering this contest, you grant WOOF, Inc., the right to broadcast your name, likeness, your tape delayed winners voice or photograph, for any promotional purposes it sees fit. If you enter this contest under a fraudulent name or information, you will be disqualified and may face legal action. All taxes and other liabilities incurred, as a result of the prizes are solely the responsibility of the recipient. Winner will forfeit prizes if not claimed within 2 weeks. The right to clarify and/or amend these rules is reserved by WOOF, Inc.
