Congratulations were in order for WOOF Radio's John Daniel as Wiregrass Electric Co-Op honored him with the Alabama Rural Electric Association of Cooperatives Media Excellence Award for 2010. In a state-wide competition including the Birmingham and Mobile markets, John won this prestigious award after being nominated by Wiregrass Electric Co-Op. In a very special ceremony, WEC's top brass brought John and the WOOF Staff breakfast and this nice award. John did what he always does, he shared the honor with everyone at the station. Thank you Wiregrass Electric Co-Op for all that you do for our community.
